JAN WILD

Jan Wild, founder and president of Success Through Enhanced Performance Inc. (STEP), visionary who has an overwhelming passion for helping organizations and individuals reach their potential.

As a results-oriented, performance based individual, Jan was successful in designing and implementing strategic plans and business processes in high-tech, high-growth, and start-up situations. Having more than 20 years of sales and marketing management experience, he has created many key business systems and improvement strategies designed to assist individuals and organizations achieve greater performance and corporate and personal success. He has introduced solutions to increase business efficiency and infrastructure development, and formulated organizational growth through business acquisitions and formidable exit plans.

Jan previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer for an energy company where he recruited, trained, and managed teams for internal call centers, channel markets, and outside sales initiatives. In just three years, Jan led the company from 11 employees, $15,000,000 in revenue, and 15,000 customers, to 150 employees, $200,000,000 in revenue, and over 100,000 customers. While at the helm of the sales and marketing department, he positioned the company as one of Inc. Magazine’s 500 fastest growing private companies in America in 2010. The company ranked number 2 out of all energy marketers in America; number 553 of all companies in all industries in America; number 16 of all companies of all industries in South Florida; selected as top 50 of mid-sized companies to work for in South Florida (Florida Trend); and was selected 12th Best company to work for in 2010 (South Florida Business Journal).

Prior to his success in the energy industry, Jan was a licensed real estate business broker where he assisted in the preparation and the analysis of the business to acquisition candidates, formed solutions for business owners in the design and implementation of an exit plan, analyzed business processes, financials and tax issues, created collateral to enhance the marketability of the business, and assisted in the negotiation between buyer, seller and legal counsel. Jan also acted as a liaison between franchisor and franchisee to expedite the procurement process.

STEP strives to assist individuals and organizations reach their performance goals and objectives through strategic consulting, business planning, training programs, sales strategies and contact center development and optimization.


ROBERT WILD

Rob Wild, founder and owner of Sales Without Overhead, Inc., joined forces with Success Through Enhanced Performance, Inc. (STEP) as their Vice President of New Business Development. With over 10 years of sales, marketing, management, call center operations, relationship marketing and personal development experience, Rob brings to the table a very strong understanding, and versatile approach to transitioning both individuals and organizations toward achieving higher levels of success.

A recognized leader known for crafting strategic visions to achieve both business and personal goals, Rob offers a new blend of business acumen, team building, and business solutions development credited with a strong ROI and operational improvement at STEP. Since joining STEP, Rob has built a responsive organization that consistently delivers results by aligning training initiatives with business goals creating substantial improvement to service delivery and business/systems performance.

Prior to his engagement with STEP, Rob founded SWO, an organization created to carry out his vision of assisting troubled business professionals and organizations in achieving their goals without the occurrence of unnecessary expenses. He is a strong supporter of various community chamber of commerce groups, and networking organizations. Outside the realm of business, Rob is a Nationally Certified and State Licensed Fire Fighter and Emergency Medical Technician. With his passion for helping people, Rob devotes much of his spare time to charitable events and non-profit endeavors including the completion of a Walt Disney World sponsored marathon (26.2 miles) to raise money and awareness for the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America.


RICHARD JENNETTE

Mr. Jennette’s professional career has spanned United States and Europe. His education is multinational and he has earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration and law. While earning his Doctorate in Business Administration, he served as the interim CFO for a data company in Boca Raton and saw them through the sale of the business.

Attaining several years of international business experience within the hospitality sector, Mr. Jennette was responsible for finance and marketing for Burger King in three Scandinavian countries. He later founded Paramed International, a medical device company, and Scandinavian Consulting Group (SCG), specializing in advising American firms on European law and social issues involved with mergers and acquisitions. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for a 75 bed assisted living facility in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Mr. Jennette left consulting and spent several years heading up the accounting and finance of several local advertising agencies including a subsidiary of the Global WPP Group, Plc. Mr. Jennette had the opportunity to experience the environmental consulting and engineering industry as CFO of a Broward based group that included companies from construction to mitigation banking. He also served as the CFO of a Broward-based Internet startup and a volunteer consultant with the SBDC at Florida Atlantic University. He served as CFO and CCO for clients in the financial services, real estate development and health care industries.

He is certified Black Belt Six Sigma, Lean Management, Total Quality Management, Human Resources and Health Club Management. He also holds the coveted Certified Business Manager designation, Certified Hedge Fund Compliance Expert, and is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Mr. Jennette is fluent in English and Danish.
